Ambulance Transport Services ------------------------------------------------------------------- Seals Ambulance Service provides 24-hour Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) staffing at multiple stations throughout Central Indiana. Our Paramedics and EMT's stand ready to respond to all of your emergency needs. In addition to emergency services, Seals also provides non-emergent transportation.
This would include any patient requiring transport by stretcher or wheelchair for such things as a doctor's appointment, hospital transfers, and any scheduled or non-scheduled appointments. Wheelchair transportation is available to contracted facilities only.

Bariatric Transport System

Seals Ambulance Service has always taken pride in knowing that it provides the best possible service to all of its clients, which includes staying up to date on all of the changing trends in the medical transport industry. One of the fastest growing trends confronting the industry today is Bariatric Transportation. To date, there have only been a handful of companies across the country that have even attempted to deal with this issue. We have addressed this concern by equipping several ambulances with special bariatric cots. Ourbariatric cots are uniquely designed with a 29-inch width, which delivers superior lateral stability for greater patient comfort. The design of our bariatric cots enable our crews to load and unload patients (up to 750 lbs.) in a safe and dignified manner.

Special Event Services

Seals Ambulance Service provides coverage for hundreds of events yearly. We are the contracted provider for several large venues including Verizon Wireless Music Center and Indiana Downs Horse Track.

Whether you need First Aid help for a large scale event or a small local gathering, we will be able to cater to your needs. We have both Advanced and Basic Life Support vehicles available to serve your event.

Critical Care Transport

Seals Ambulance Service is on the leading edge of Critical Care Transport (CCT) programs in Indiana. Combining state-of-the-art equipment and highly trained personnel, Seals CCT program has emerged as the preferred program in Central Indiana. Our CCT program is designed and implemented to handle all of your ICU, MICU, CCU, and ED critical transportation needs. Each CCEMT-P (CCT certified Paramedic) unit carries a full complement of equipment to meet all of your Critical Care needs and is staffed with Paramedics who have additional training in Critical Care patient assessment and management.
